The password recovery process allows authorised NYCED institutes to securely reset their login credentials.

A one-time verification code (OTP) will be sent to the registered email address linked with your Centre ID.

Important Instructions

• Enter your registered Centre ID or email address
• OTP will remain valid for 10 minutes only
• Do not share your OTP with anyone
• Contact NYCED support if you face difficulties
